PEP – Pulsed Energy Projectile.
A non-lethal directed energy weapon, able to deter, or disable people by an induced pulse of plasma energy at the target, resulting in a so-called ‘flash-bang’ effect that startles the person and then affects the nerve sensors by means of kinetic energy.
Whatever is struck first will be vapourised, thus heating the surrounding air so much that it explodes, and thereby creating a shock wave at that point.
This weapon is in the last stage of development and is expected to be operational by 2006, truck mounted, it can be used on snipers, rioters and individuals, fired from a distance, this means minimum harm to those in control of the weapon.
This is no secret, there is plenty of information about this, the question is, where will it be used and on whom and for what reason ?

Anti-Traction Material.
A spray on Gel that is so slippery it is impossible to grasp, walk on or drive on… liquid ball bearings… they say if you spray it on a door handle, it becomes too slippery to turn, or spray on a road, you get the picture.
Malodorants
Specially formulated smells that are so bad, they will clear a public space immediately – good for breaking up parties, rioters and especially enemy forces. The US have called the best one, “US Government Standard Bathroom Malodor” .. so far, their use is strictly limited by Chemical Weapons Treaties.
Web Nets.
A 10ft wide Kevlar net, fired from a shotgun, can tangle a target from 30feet away.
