After rigorous research we have uncovered an extract from Hansard of the West Australian Parliament where the question was asked of the WA Attorney General if Arthurs was charged with a similar offence, (and the charge then dropped) a year before the murder of Sofia RODRIGUEZ-URRUTIA SHU.
Firstly the question was blocked by the Attorney General and the Speaker was forced to leave the Chair to consider the question before submitting it in the House,as it was said to have breached Standing Order 91 – Sub Judice… to which The speaker eventually ruled the question did not breach Standing Order 91.
The Attorney General then refused to answer the question, on the grounds of fear of prejudicing the case – what are they hiding here ? Read the rest of this entry »

The Martin Bryant Conspiracy.
The key to gun control in Australia.
On the 28th April 1996, an unknown marksman opened fire on diners in the Broad Arrow Cafe at Port Arthur in Australia. In less than 20 minutes at this and five other crime scenes, the marksman killed 35, injured 22, and crippled two cars with only 64 shots. Nineteen of the first twenty dead in the Broad Arrow Cafe died from single shots to the head, all fired by the unknown marksman from his right hip. This staggering display of marksman- ship was blamed on left-handed and intellectually impaired Martin Bryant, whose shooting experience extended to popping off cans in the bush, and had no military training of any kind.
There is something strangely suspicious about this whole incident. If you take the time to read all the accounts of this and the events leading up to and after this catasphrope, you will see it quite clearly. Read the rest of this entry »
When does a menu item become a health food? While there’s no simple answer, 19,000 primarily positive scientific studies surely meet even the toughest criteria.
Coffee has been through the scientific ringer, you might say, and almost invariably has come out with flying colors. Over the past few decades, not only have old myths about coffee gone the way of the Edsel, but significant positive health benefits have been uncovered through intense and exacting scientific inquiry. Existing evidence suggests that coffee may simply need to update its image to match the facts.

British aeronautical engineer Joe Vialls claims that all 757 and 767 aircraft are equipped with computerized remote flight control systems for the purposes of rescuing the planes from attempted hijackings. If this were true, it would raise some very interesting questions. On the one hand, if the systems were used to control the aircraft and pilot them into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, then who was at the controls? How did they get access to the secret codes? Read the rest of this entry »
The president enjoyed all the pomp and protocol that traditionally come with a state visit, reflecting the importance of the man, and the emerging superpower that he represents. But as China’s Hu Jintao tucked into his filet de sole pompadour during the banquet at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, and again as he flew back to Beijing yesterday after his three-day visit, Britain’s security services were left pondering a more delicate issue: how many of the president’s entourage had been left behind? In recent years soy has emerged as a ‘near perfect’ food, with supporters claiming it can provide an ideal source of protein, lower cholesterol, protect against cancer and heart disease, reduce menopause symptoms, and prevent osteoporosis, among other things. But how did such a ‘perfect’ food emerge from a product that in 1913 was listed in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) handbook not as a food but as an industrial product?

“If you have been viewing the media you must have seen the scare the media and the president are seeking to orchestrate on you and the public. According to a draft of the government’s plan to fight a potentially cataclysmic pandemic this new avian super-flu could kill nearly TWO MILLION Americans.
But I nearly fell out of my seat in the airplane as I was flying back from a conference in Ft. Lauderdale when I read that in the BEST-case scenario, only 200,000 people might die.
Then they post the frightening picture from the 1918 flu epidemic to heighten the fear. It just amazes me how they can get away with this type of reporting that is so obviously manipulated by the government and drug companies to scare you into taking the flu vaccine.
